Support our talented attorneys in managing corporate clients and foreign national employees across the full lifecycle of employment-based immigration matters. Under attorney supervision, prepare, assemble, and submit high-volume applications and filings—including H-1B petitions, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications—as well as responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and PERM audits. Communicate directly with corporate HR teams and employee beneficiaries to gather required documentation, track deadlines, and provide status updates using our immigration case management system (INSZoom) and AI tools, while accurately logging case billing. Under attorney supervision, prepare forms, support letters, responses to requests for evidence, PERM audit responses, applications for relief, court filings and other documentation. Use immigration case management system (INSZoom) and AI to perform duties and also track billing on each case. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, be detailed oriented; and be able to multitask in a fast paced and highly regarded immigration practice.
